THE PROGRAM: WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

The International Experience Program (IEP) is a first of its kind at Laurentian University (LU) in collaboration with Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad, India (GTU). The program allows students from GTU to study two subjects at LU for 6 week duration along with cultural experience and visits to some of the famous places in Ontario for visitors in Canada. Students registered in the Computer Science and Pharmacy programs at GTU will study two subjects in their fields of study at LU.

Welcome to Residence! Our talented staff and volunteers are committed to serving you and working with you to create an atmosphere conducive to academic, intellectual, social, and emotional growth. Residence is a place we hope you will be proud to call your home while at Laurentian. Whether you are a new or returning guest, Conference Services along with a Resident Assistants (RAs), group leaders, Mentors, Porters, and orientation teams will help you get to know your way around our beautiful Sudbury campus Once you have settled into your room, please take some time to read over the residence rules and regulations, in order to help you for a more comfortable stay amongst all of the other conference guests we have staying over the course of the summer. Please know that there is always someone here for you. At our main desk, we will be staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a friendly student porter, that wants to help make your stay more comfortable. Here are some things you can do to help our staff during your stay;

Once you get to residence and have a question, a problem, or need assistance, ask your RA or student porter! They're very prepared to help you be successful and enjoy your time here at Laurentian.
